Project Description BRECKON landdesign teamed with LKV Architects to provide landscape and irrigation design for this new church located on approximately 15 acres in Meridian, Idaho. The project exceeds the City’s open space requirements, with almost four acres more than required. A portion of this open space is a landscaped berm that visually and audibly separates the church campus from busy Chinden Blvd. This project was designed to be built in phases, with Phase One completed in 2019 and Phase Two to be completed in 2024. Phase One includes the main church building and parking areas, which includes decorative concrete, concrete pavers, a children’s play area and open green space. Phase Two will include an addition to the existing building, with a gas fire pit plaza at one end and a water feature plaza at the other, both with decorative concrete, boulders and concrete seat walls for gathering.
