Project Description
BRECKON landdesign was selected by the Jerome County Fair and Rodeo to work with them on irrigation, site improvements and new grandstands at the Jerome County Fairgrounds in Jerome, Idaho. The project was designed and completed in three phases - Phase One included improvements to the existing irrigation system, Phase Two included placement of concrete pathways and bleacher foundations, and Phase Three including bidding and construction of new, owner-provided grandstand bleachers. Timing for this project was crucial, as irrigation improvements needed to be completed prior to the start of irrigation season in the Spring of 2023, and the grandstands completed prior to the start of the fair and rodeo in August of 2023. All phases were completed successfully prior to the start of the fair on August 7th.
