BRECKON landdesigngenerated design concepts for this multifamily complex that included nine buildings with over 28,000 sf of living space, as well as a central clubhouse area with pool.
Site planning also included vehicular circulation and access, parking for visitors, covered parking for residents, and pedestrian linkages. BLD also completed conceptual landscape design.
The project achieved Boise City Planning and Zoning approval but has not yet been constructed.
