Project Description
Desert Vista Park, a 40-acre reclamation project, was designed and built in conjunction with the decommissioning of a former military base housing area. After existing structures were demolished, BRECKON landdesign provided grading and drainage plans that employed earth forms as a design element while balancing cut and fill on site and providing areas for storage and retention of storm water.
As part of the planting plan, our landscape architects designed a native seed mix to create a transition between remaining residential areas and the natural environment.
