Project Description
BRECKONlanddesign teamed with Schlager Zimmerman Architects on a comprehensive renovation of the building and site for the offices of Treasure Valley Transit, a non-profit public transportation company in Nampa, Idaho. Site improvements included removal of dead and damaged vegetation, concrete and asphalt. Some existing trees were retained and protected, and concrete flatwork and asphalt were replaced and parking areas reconfigured for improved accessibility. Landscaping elements include boulder retaining walls, deciduous and coniferous trees, and low-water perennials and shrubs. Grading and drainage were carefully planned and executed for the sloped site.
