Project Description BRECKON landdesign worked with Glancey Rockwell and Associates to provide site layout, hardscape, landscape and irrigation design for the new Stanley Crow Library located on the campus of Epworth Chapel on the Green. The site plan includes a memorial garden with donor bricks and pavers to recognize past and present contributors, as well as permeable pavers for stormwater management and native plants and grasses to minimize water use. Tube steel and cedar fencing separate the church campus from the adjacent public park. The parking entrance at Northview Street and the parking lot were improved for accessibility and visual appeal.
