Project Description
BRECKON landdesign provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this new 6-acre subdivision in Meridian, Idaho. The scope of work included planning and design for all roadways, pathways, hardscape, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, signage and striping, as well as landscaping of common areas and central open space. Gravity sanitary sewer and potable water system plans were included along with stormwater conveyance and mitigation facilities. Grading, drainage, utilities and pressure irrigation design were also included in the project.
