Project Description
BRECKON landdesign provided preliminary plat, landscape architecture, and irrigation design services for this new, 130-acre subdivision in Nampa. The subdivision is located on Southside Blvd. and required landscaped buffers to separate the development from the busy street. Plantings include deciduous, coniferous and ornamental flowering trees, shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses. Wedge lock and tube steel iron fencing separates homes from roadways and common spaces. Multi-use pathways surround the development and connect greenspace to each section of the neighborhood. A wedge lock wall with a monument sign welcomes residents and visitors to the development, and large boulders provide visual interest at entries and along major roadways.
