Project Description This master planning effort for the North Star K-12 Charter School, in conjunction with Design West Architects, included siting of the new facility, integration of ball fields with flexible configurations for multiple sports, and design of site circulation and parking.
BRECKON landdesign provided full site design and construction documentation, including detailing for hard surface play areas, sports fields, site amenities, parking areas, and landscape and irrigation improvements. Several additional projects have been completed by BLDi on the NSCS campus, including addition of a playground, a picnic shelter, and a courtyard with central paver medallion to recognize donors to the school. A track with bleacher seating and separate parking is planned for future implementation.
