Project Description
BRECKON landdesign has worked with Westpark Companies on a number of subdivision projects in the Treasure Valley. Lavender Heights Subdivision, located in Meridian, Idaho across Lake Hazel Road from Discovery Park, is being completed in multiple phases. Roadways and utilities have been placed for phases 1, 2 and 3, and landscaping, irrigation and several homes have been constructed in the Phase 1 area. The completed neighborhood will include single family and multi-family homes, abundant open space, tree lined streets, walking paths, and a clubhouse with swimming pool. Berms with trees, shrubs and boulders separate the neighborhood from busy Lake Hazel Road.
