Project Description
BRECKON landdesign teamed with Glancey Rockwell & Associates to provide site design and development for the Idaho Department of Fish & Game Region 3 Office. Design development included interior road alignments, parking lots, loading/service areas, emergency vehicle accesses, pedestrian areas, walkways, common areas, site amenities, conceptual drainage plan, and open space design. Construction documents included technical specifications, site layout, details, grading, drainage, stormwater pollution prevention plan, erosion and sediment control, site utilities, sanitary sewer, domestic water, pressurized irrigation, and landscape design.
