Project Description
BRECKON landdesign is teaming with AE Engineering and Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation to assess existing conditions and develop a master plan for expansion of the existing Henrys Lake State Park Campground near Island Park, Idaho. The scope of work includes comprehensive analysis of several potential sites for the campground expansion, assessment of existing power, water and sewer utilities, site programming, schematic design, cost estimating, surveying, AHJ coordination, environmental permitting, SHPO and archaeological review. Construction of Phase One is currently underway. The full expansion will be completed in phases to accommodate the brief construction window in the region. Status
