Project Description
BRECKON landdesign worked with Fairbourne Development to provide preliminary plat, landscape and pool design, and construction documents for this large subdivision in Meridian, Idaho. The scope of work also included documents for CZC application, design of the Harrell Lateral Spillway, conceptual layout for a future commercial area, and open space amenities plan. The project was completed in phases, with Phase 3 completed in 2023.
