Project Description
BRECKON landdesign worked with LCA Architects on planning and design of a new police services facility in Elko, Nevada. Native, drought-tolerant plants and grasses were used wherever possible with stormwater retained in drainage swales on site. Drip irrigation systems were included in all planter beds and locally sourced boulders used for force protection at the building perimeter.
