BRECKON landdesigndeveloped the site plans for this 12.7-acre site in Eagle, Idaho for the use of single-family residential housing. The project included civil site design elements including road alignment and grading and drainage to better accommodate storm water runoff. Seepage beds were utilized to hold and infiltrate water onsite. A combination of streetscape, open space and parkway strips were integrated into the design, along with detailed irrigation plans.
