BRECKON landdesign teamed with Custom Pools and Patios on planning and design of the swimming pool, splash pad and surrounding hardscape at the clubhouse of Cartwright Ranch, a planned community at Hidden Springs in Boise, Idaho. The pool area encompasses approximately 3,000 square feet and includes LED lighting, ladders, handrails and a lift for pool access, as well as designated swim lanes, stair access and a sun shelf with a quartz plaster finish. The splash pad is a 12’ round pad with twelve fountain nozzles. A scoring plan was provided for the pool deck to increase traction on the concrete surface.
