Project Description
BRECKON landdesign provided civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this new 11-acre subdivision in Eagle, Idaho. The scope of work included planning and design for all roadways, pathways, curbs, gutters and sidewalks, signage and striping, as well as landscaping of common areas and central open space. Grading, drainage, utilities and pressure irrigation design were also included in the project. The subdivision features a central courtyard with gazebo and a gated security entrance.
