BRECKONlanddesign worked with AO Architects on the new Amazon Distribution Center, completing planning, design, construction documents and construction administration for landscape, irrigation and fencing on the project site. The large site includes shade, coniferous and ornamental trees surrounding the perimeter, the building, the entrance roadway and throughout the large parking areas. Shrubs, perennials and grasses add beauty to the site and were selected for water efficiency. Pressurized and drip irrigation are installed in all landscaped areas, and site furnishings were also included in our scope of work.
