Project Description
BRECKON landdesign worked with Hummel Architects and Energreen Development Company on this compact condominium complex in downtown Boise, Idaho. Our scope of work included site layout, planning and zoning/design review site and landscape plans, ESC and SWPPP reports, and design of all grading and drainage, sanitary sewer and domestic water lines, streetscape and road frontage improvements, plantings and irrigation, and hardscape design. Site elements include permeable pavers at parking areas, stormwater cells and tree cells, deciduous and flowering trees, water-wise shrubs, perennials and ornamental grasses.
