BRECKONlanddesign developed site, landscape, and irrigation plans for this 200-bed California Green Building Code project that also called for site amenity design and wetlands mitigation. Scope of work encompassed design of interior courtyards and path systems relative to the three residential wings of the facility which included raised gardens, outdoor eating areas, Bocce Courts, and water features.
